In acest moment incepe asa-zisa Afacere Finaly. The true story of the Finaly children: during the second world war, two Jewish children, Robert and Gérald Finaly, are hidden in a French orphanage, then entrusted to Antoinette Brun, a member of the resistance. Their parents are deported and die in the camps. At the end of the war, their aunt in Israel asks for the children according to the last wishes of their father. But Antoinette Brun refuses to give them up, has them baptized and raises them as Catholics. The story is quickly a media event and divides both civil society and the clergy. It is not until 1953 that the two boys are found and returned to their family. Robert and Gérald, both in their 60s, today live in Israel.
